Welcome to my Poser image site. This site contains many of the poser images that I've been experimenting with recently. Poser is a 3D graphics program, for which I've purchased over a thousand characters and props. In an attempt to learn how to use this program, I have been creating images which use different figures in various ways. These are the results of my learning experiences.

A few years ago my wife Claudia asked me to get her a program called Poser. This is a 3D graphic editor which is very powerful. What appealed to her was that you could purchase hundreds (if not thousands) of figures, props, poses and critters, plus clothes, hair, and even makeup and eyes. Claudia was unable to leave the apartment for very long due to severe asthma and edema (water in her tissues) and a product like Poser promised to keep her happy and busy for years.

Even though it was outrageously expensive, I purchased the product for her. In the two or three years following, I bought her over a thousand additional items for the program. She happily worked away, learning how to use it and creating some incredible images (a selection of her creations is on display here and her Girl images are here).

After Claudia passed away on February 1st, 2005, I had to decide what to do with this graphics program and library. I had fiddled with it now and then, but never really did much else. It seemed to be very complicated and it was really her thing, not mine.

However, since I had spent thousands of dollars on the product, upgrades, figures and plug-ins, I concluded I should take advantage of the opportunity and learn it. This site contains some of the works I created in no particular order.

What I've been doing is creating images using different sets (figures, props, backgrounds, poses and so forth). I've been just creating more or less simple images in order to get a feel for what's available, the program and it's uses.
